Instructions for Use

Congruent Shapes helps students identify and match congruent shapes.

To use Congruent Shapes, input all the letters of the triangles and congruent shapes in the text fields provided. Click the 'Check Answer' button for your results. Be sure to type the letters in ascending order.

 

Virtual Tangram prompts students to match and describe congruent shapes.

To use Virtual Tangram, drag the shapes with the mouse. Click on a colour to spin a shape. Click 'flip' to flip the quadrilateral. Have students name all the shapes. See how many triangles students can make. Have students describe the congruent shapes and match them.
